Diamond Cutting FAQs

How do I know if my wheels have been Diamond Cut?

Diamond Cut wheels have a surface finish very similar to a CD/DVD lots of very fine lines.

How long will Diamond Cutting last?

Unfortunately, due to the salt on our roads a diamond cut wheel can start to corrode any time from 3 months onwards, maintaining your wheels with a good wheel care product like Autoglym’s Custom wheel cleaner which has balanced, acid-free formula which rapidly dissolves brake dust, corrosion and traffic film from the most intricate and elaborate wheel designs.

The special blend of biodegradable surfacants, solvent and alkalis loosen the most ingrained brake dust, leaving a spotless finish on all wheels, it will help prolong the life of your diamond cut wheels and any other finishes on all alloy wheels.

Use Autoglym Alloy Wheel Seal to protect your wheels and make future cleaning easier.
